(Washington, DC)  --  Same-sex marriage is once again legal in the state of California.  The U.S. U.S. Supreme Court declined to rule on a challenge to a lower court order overturning Proposition-8.  Prop-8 is a voter-approved measure which banned same-sex marriage.  In a 5-4 ruling, justices said those who brought the case to the Supreme Court had no legal standing to bring the case.
