Congratulations are going out to two-thousand lotto players in North Carolina. Turns out, the winning numbers in Saturday’s Pick 4 drawing were “0-0-0-0.” Officials say that about 1,000 of the winners bought the $1 tickets for a $5k payout each. Around 1,000 more people bought the 50-cent tickets for a $2,500 payout. In total, a North Carolina record $7.8-million will be dished out for the game, breaking the previous record of $7.5-million…set in 2012 with the numbers “1-1-1-1.”
