Charges For Six Former Houston Police Officers Involved In Botched Raid

Six former Houston police narcotics officers are facing additional felony charges of falsifying documents in order to get an arrest warrant. Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg brought the new charges as part of the ongoing investigation of the botched 2019 no-knock raid at a home on Harding Street that killed a man, a woman and a dog. Gerald Goines and Steven Bryant face new charges, along with former sergeants Thomas Wood and Clemente Reyna, former lieutenant Robert Gonzales, and former senior officer Hodgie Armstrong.
