Southwest Airlines will get a new CEO next year. The Texas-based airline says Gary Kelly will be replaced by Robert Jordan. Kelly has been in charge of the airline since 2004. Despite leaving his role as CEO, Kelly will still be executive chairman until "at least" 2026. Both Kelly and Jordan have been with the company for more than 30 years.
