State Sen. Angela Paxton is reportedly no longer expected to testify in the impeachment trial of her husband, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton. The McKinney Republican's name was on a list of witnesses filed last week by Ken Paxton's lawyers. An amended list reportedly no longer includes her. Angela Paxton is required to attend her husband's trial, which starts Tuesday in the Texas Senate. But the Senate passed rules in June that bar her from serving as a juror along with the 30 other state senators.
