Damage is widespread in Central Texas after storms pounded the area last night. Baseball and softball size hail was reported in several communities, including Johnson City and San Marcos.
Tree damage was reported in San Marcos, along with downed power lines.
Hays County CISD delayed the start of classed for a couple of hours until damage assessments could be made.
There are now reports of injuries.
