A van loaded with what was believed to be explosive devices was found near the city center in Philly last night.That prompted a response by the city police bomb squad and federal investigators.
“that police recovered propane tanks, torches and possible dynamite sticks from the van.
The bomb squad is investigating. There is no word on who owns the van or if anyone has been arrested.
The discovery comes as the city remains on heightened alert following nights of unrest stemming from the police killing of Walter Wallace Jr.”
City officials said at least 200 businesses have been looted, many of them already struggling due to the pandemic.
In addition, another 11 ATMs were blown up last night.
